Standard Processing: Orders typically take 3-7 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
Peak Seasons: Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
Amending a Shipping Address
Once you have completed the checkout process, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or the selected shipping method.
After an order has been shipped, an email with your shipment's tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Options and Cost
Restrictions:
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Other Purchases: Shipping costs for all other purchases will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.
Combining Orders: We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Package
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (VIBE TWLV) at the customer's expense.
