• Only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

• If you receive the error message "Transaction cannot be processed," please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

• Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Final Sale

• The purchase of specific items is final sale with no exceptions.
• All sales are final for collaboration and sale products and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Order Within the United States Only

• VIBE TWLV offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
• Restrictions:
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Other Purchases: Shipping costs for all other purchases will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.
• Combining Orders: We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

Order Status

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center in NY.
