- Only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

- For the security of our shoppers, we have fraud protections in place during our checkout process.
- If you receive the error message "Transaction cannot be processed," please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

- Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Final Sale
- The purchase of specific items is final sale with no exceptions.
- All sales are final for collaboration and sale products and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Order Within the United States Only
- VIBE TWLV offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
- Restrictions:
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Other Purchases: Shipping costs for all other purchases will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.
- Combining Orders: We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
Order Status
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center in NY.
