HOW TO ENTER

1. CAPTURE THE VAXLNE EXPERIENCE

Film the energy of the VAXLNE pop-up, including:

  • The event atmosphere
  • VAXLNE products and displays
  • Your authentic reactions and experience

Create content that reflects your personal style while clearly highlighting the VAXLNE pop-up experience.

2. SELECT YOUR RING

Before leaving the event:

  • Choose either the HOLY HOLY Ring or the BROKEN OATH Ring
  • Have your ring size measured on-site
  • Submit your selected design, ring size, name, and contact information

Your ring selection will be used if you are selected as one of the 20 creators.

3. CREATE AND POST YOUR CONTENT

Edit the footage in your own creative style and publicly post the content on both:

  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok

Both posts must remain publicly available for at least 90 days from the original posting date.

4. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED DISCLOSURE

Because your post is an entry in a promotional creator contest, your content must clearly disclose the potential incentive.

Include the following statement both:

  • On-screen within the video
  • At the beginning of your Instagram and TikTok captions

“Entry for the VAXLNE Creator Contest — I may receive a VAXLNE ring if selected. #VAXLNECreatorContest”

Please also activate the applicable branded content, paid partnership, or content disclosure tools provided by Instagram and TikTok.

5. SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

Email the public links to both your Instagram Reel and TikTok post to:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Full name
  • Instagram handle
  • TikTok handle
  • Instagram Reel link
  • TikTok post link
  • Selected ring design
  • Ring size

Your entry will not be considered complete until links to both posts have been received.

All content must be publicly posted and both links must be submitted by the deadline.

Selected Creator Notification

The 20 selected creators will be contacted individually by email no later than:

July 10, 2026

Only selected creators will receive a notification.

Terms

SELECTION CRITERIA

Submitted content will be reviewed based on:

  • Creativity and originality
  • Overall content quality
  • Authenticity and creator personality
  • Presentation of the VAXLNE products
  • Representation of the pop-up atmosphere
  • Overall engagement and visual impact

This is a skill-based creator contest. Creators will not be selected through a random drawing.

RING DELIVERY

Each selected creator will receive one of the following rings, based on the design and size selected at the event:

  • HOLY HOLY Ring
  • BROKEN OATH Ring

Ring delivery is available only to valid shipping addresses located within the United States and its territories.

Selected creators must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. VIBE TWLV and VAXLNE are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the recipient.

CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

By submitting an entry, you grant VIBE TWLV, VAXLNE, their affiliated companies, and authorized service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted content for a period of two years from the original submission date.

This license permits the brands to:

  • Repost and publish the content
  • Edit, crop, resize, subtitle, adapt, or reformat the content
  • Create excerpts and derivative marketing assets
  • Use the content in organic and paid advertising
  • Use the content on social media, websites, e-commerce pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, retail displays, presentations, and public relations materials
  • Use your public social media handle, image, voice, and likeness as they appear within the submitted content

VIBE TWLV and VAXLNE may provide the content to advertising agencies, media partners, platforms, production vendors, and other service providers solely for authorized marketing and advertising activities on behalf of the brands.

No additional approval or compensation will be required for uses permitted under this two-year license.

Ownership of the original content remains with the creator.

By submitting an entry, you confirm that:

  • The content is your original work
  • You have the right to grant the permissions described above
  • You have obtained permission from any identifiable person appearing in the content
  • The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

ADDITIONAL TERMS

No purchase is necessary to participate.

Participation is limited to creators who attend the VAXLNE pop-up and complete the on-site ring selection and sizing process.

Entries that are incomplete, private, inaccessible, submitted after the deadline, or missing the required disclosure may be disqualified.

VIBE TWLV and VAXLNE reserve the right to exclude content that contains misleading claims, unlawful material, offensive content, third-party intellectual property, or material inconsistent with the brands’ image.

Instagram and TikTok do not sponsor, administer, endorse, or otherwise have any association with this creator contest.
